At TileZu, we take pride in supplying high-quality tiles and packaging your order with care. Please read our return policy below before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your tiles arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Contact us with clear photos of the damage and your order details.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of tiles, change of mind returns are not accepted.
Please ensure you carefully check your order, quantities, and measurements before purchasing.
Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is faulty or defective outside of transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution (replacement, credit, or refund) where applicable.
Returns Process
Do not send back any items without first contacting our customer service team.
Approved returns must be in original condition and packaging
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Clearance & Special Orders
All clearance, sale, or custom/special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
