Return & Refund Policy

At TileZu, we take pride in supplying high-quality tiles and packaging your order with care. Please read our return policy below before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We take great care in packaging, but if your tiles arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us with clear photos of the damage and your order details.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.

Change of Mind

  • Due to the nature of tiles, change of mind returns are not accepted.

  • Please ensure you carefully check your order, quantities, and measurements before purchasing.

Faulty or Defective Products

  • If a product is faulty or defective outside of transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

  • We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution (replacement, credit, or refund) where applicable.

Returns Process

  • Do not send back any items without first contacting our customer service team.

  • Approved returns must be in original condition and packaging

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Clearance & Special Orders

  • All clearance, sale, or custom/special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
