What types of tiles do you sell?
We offer a curated selection of premium tiles including porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, and decorative feature tiles - perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, floors, walls, and outdoor areas.

Are your tiles suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
Many of our tiles are versatile enough for both indoor and/or outdoor use. Some product descriptions will note its suitability, but feel free to contact us if you’re unsure.

Do you sell sample tiles?
Not just yet - we’re in the process of opening our showroom and sample program.

Can I order large quantities for a commercial or residential project?
Absolutely. We’re equipped to handle orders of all sizes.

How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website - simply select your tile, enter the quantity and proceed through our secure checkout. Prefer a more personal approach? You’re welcome to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to place the order for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout. We’re also working on adding additional payment options soon to make your experience even easier.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once the order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make adjustments.

Where do you deliver and how much is shipping?
We deliver Australia-wide. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to offer competitive rates.

Can I choose my delivery date?
We’ll do our best to accommodate preferred delivery days. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly with your request.

Do you offer local pickup?
We’re currently setting up our warehouse to allow for local pickup. This option will be available soon, and we’ll share updates as soon as it’s ready.

What if my tiles arrive damaged?
We take great care with packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a resolution.

How many tiles do I need for my space?
We recommend measuring your area and adding at least 10% extra for cuts and wastage.

Do you install tiles?
We do! Tile installation is available through our sister company, Elite Tile Works. We service the South Coast of NSW and selected regions of Sydney. Get in touch to see if we cover your area or to request a quote.
