Stock Availability
To make sure your tiles are ready when you need them, please email us at sales@tilezu.com.au to confirm stock availability before placing your order. Stock levels can change quickly, and some products may be subject to backorder or supplier lead times. TileZu is not responsible for delays caused by out-of-stock or discontinued items.

Product Variation
Tiles and natural stone products may vary in colour, texture, tone, or size between batches. These variations are inherent to manufacturing and natural materials and do not constitute a fault.

Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier location, stock levels, or courier delays. TileZu is not liable for costs associated with scheduling or installation delays.

Order Confirmation
Please review all product details, finishes, and quantities before checkout. Orders are processed as received, and TileZu cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed.
