Yes. We highly recommend ordering samples here before making your final decision as colours, textures and finishes can appear different depending on lighting and surrounding materials. Viewing samples in your own space is the best way to choose with confidence.

Our Wollongong showroom is currently under construction, but in the meantime we can arrange viewings of selected collections by appointment. If there's a particular tile you're interested in, simply get in touch and we'll let you know whether it can be viewed. Alternatively, we recommend ordering a sample so you can see the colour, texture and finish in your own space before making your decision.

Measure the total area you intend to tile and add at least 10% extra to allow for cuts, wastage and future repairs. For products sold per sheet, we also have a calculator on the product page to help you work out the quantity required. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help calculate the correct amount for your project.

Not always. Many of our tiles are intentionally designed with natural variation in colour, pattern and texture to replicate the beauty of natural materials. Where applicable, product pages include a variation rating, with V1 indicating very little variation and V4 representing a high degree of variation for a more natural, unique appearance.

As our products are manufactured in batches, slight differences in shade or pattern can also occur between production runs. For this reason, we recommend ordering the full quantity required for your project at the same time, as additional orders placed later may come from a different batch and vary slightly.

Slip ratings indicate how much grip a tile provides underfoot. Higher ratings generally offer greater slip resistance, making them more suitable for outdoor areas, pool surrounds and other wet environments. If you're unsure which rating is appropriate for your project, we'd be happy to help.

Yes! We offer free local pickup from our Wollongong warehouse. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you with collection details and pickup instructions.

As many of our products are special-order items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or surplus stock. If you have any questions before purchasing, our team is always happy to help you choose the right products and quantities.

We take great care when packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged products, packaging and delivery label. We'll assess the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please do not install any tiles you believe may be damaged or faulty, as installation is considered acceptance of the product.

We recommend ordering an additional 10–15% to allow for cuts, wastage and future repairs. Because many of our products are ordered specifically for each customer and can vary between production batches, we generally cannot accept returns of surplus tiles or guarantee an exact batch match for additional orders placed later.
